Description

The Board of Directors of SSH Corporation Ltd (the "Company") refers to:

(1) the Company's announcement dated 8 December 2009 on the "Proposed Inter-Conditional Scheme of Arrangement by KS Distribution Pte. Ltd., a Subsidiary of KS Energy Services Limited, for the Privatisation of SSH Corporation Ltd." (the "Scheme"); and

(2) the Company's announcement dated 11 February 2010 on the "Unaudited Financial Statement for the 6 Months Ended 31 December 2009" (the "HY2010 Results").

As required under the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers (the "Code") and in connection with the Scheme, the auditors of the Company and the independent financial adviser to the Company for the Scheme have completed their review of the HY2010 Results and their respective reports (which should be read together with the announcement on the HY2010 Results) are appended to this announcement.
